Pack 120 - Leaders 2025-2026
In Cubscouts, all of the cubs in an area are members of a Pack (ours is Pack 120). The Pack has several smaller units, usually at least one per grade in elementary school, called Dens.

I'm so happy to finally get to return to scouting! I was in scouts in my youth and earned the Eagle Scout rank. I benefitted from the hard work of so many leaders and mentors, and am delighted to pay it forward. My daughter Mary's crossed over to Troop 242 and my son Charlie is in the Bear den this year. Outside of scouting, I am a professor in the Department of Computer Science at JMU. I enjoy cooking, eating, playing games, learning, hiking, and hearing about your pets.

I'm so glad to be able to participate in Scouting America! I watched my brother learn so much in scouts and wanted to go where he went and learn what he learned. I've always loved the outdoors, and I'm so happy to lead a den of sweet girls, including my daughter, and help Michael as Assistant Cubmaster. I also have a son in Troop 40, and a younger son not quite ready for Cub Scouts yet. Welcome to our Pack!

I'm a proud dad with one son in Troop 40 and another in the Wolf den. As a professor of nutrition at James Madison University, I’m passionate about education and growth; both in the classroom and in the outdoors. I love hiking, fishing, and hunting, and I truly enjoy watching Scouts grow, learn, and thrive through the adventures and values of the pack. Welcome to Pack 120!

I grew up in Scouts and still have many fond memories and connections to this day. I look forward to going through it again with a different lens as my oldest starts Lions. It will be fun learning to keep the cats (Lions) herded while being a big kid myself! I have worked in the manufacturing and construction spaces my entire professional career. I have a lot of different and unique interests and love hearing about other's as well!

Hi Scouts, once upon a time, I was a Cub Scout too—starting out as a Wolf Scout in Elkton, VA. Our den met after school in the basement of Elkton United Methodist Church, where many fun activities and great times with friends created lasting memories. Later, I joined Troop 28 at Massanutten Presbyterian Church and earned the rank of Eagle Scout.
Throughout the journey, incredible Scout leaders offered guidance and support, shaping my experience in meaningful ways. Today, it's an honor to carry that spirit forward and be a supportive leader for the Scouts of Pack 120.
